Vitadello Pro Cycling Team (Italy) - 1965-68

Strictly Italian in every sense. Team manager was the legendary Gino Bartali. Vittadello makes fine Italian clothing to this very day

Team members included several Italian champions in Ambrogio Portalupi (won 1966 Tour de Suisse), Vito Taccone, Wladimiro Panizza (more famous in his future pro teams), Michelle Dancelli (won a Milan San Remo Classic riding for Molteni), Guido De Rosso & Aldo Moser. The team competed in four Tours of Italy and won seven stages. Pepsi Cola took over team sponsorship in the last season (1968).

A great sprint victory by Michele Dancelli just ahead of a Vittadello team mate

In its last season (1968) the team sponsor switched from Vittadello to Pepsi Cola with Michele Dancelli the lead team rider
