Mike returns to the Holy Land of cycling for the Strade Bianche Cyclosportive in Seina (Italy) on 10 March, followed by three weeks in Belgium with cyclosportives in Wevelgem, Flanders & Roubaix and a raft of Belgian Spring Classics.

Sad to report the recent passing of Frans Van Eyck in Temse, Belgium. Frans was a great supporter of numerous BiciSport cyclists who have made the trip to Flanders over the years. Frans was 92 years young.
BELGIUM JUNE JULY 2019 - CONOR TARLINGTON RACE DATES CONFIRMED
Conor Tarlington heads of to Belgium in mid June with a racing program packed solid with 80k ‘kermesse’ style races all over Flanders. The team stays at the Kokerelle B&B (www.kokerelle.be) just outside Oudenaarde. The Flanders stay includes 3 stages of the 2019 Tour de France (Stages 1-3) which pass through Belgium. Jan Janssen (Pelforth Sauvage) and Raymond Poulidor (Mercier) were the leading riders of the day. The bikes of the era all featured MAFAC centre pull brakes, high flange hubs and pedal toe clips.
